Been a fan of Darren's for years. Loved this segment.

Another fantastic video and great insight into a small portion of their lives. Also, really cool that they eat out on Friday nights with members of the gym. A lot of camaraderie and community in this gym. What makes CrossFit extra special and would love to have that where i'm at.
