It’s so funny that yesterday, as I noticed mayhem was uploading “Day in the Life” videos of the athletes, the one I was looking for the most was Gui’s video, and got so disappointed I didn’t find it, and now they just uploaded it today an hour ago! Hahahah my wishes were heard! Gui what an athlete you are, you’re a true inspiration and an amazing representative for South America, we love you and are so proud of you. (Fun fact: There’s a huge poster of GUI’s picture in the Gym I train at, in front of the training floor, and we use it to look out to you for inspiration when snatches are not snatching during WODS) 🤣🤣, just because we love you and feel so inspired by you, and you’re like the saint of Crossfit weightlifting for us hahaha St. Guilherme, hahahahhaa (just kidding - but the poster is there on the wall tho)🤣🤣🤣 Love from Colombia 🇨🇴

I think Gui may be my favorite. Ever since I saw him lift at Rogue Invitational in person, I was shouting so loud! He seems like a really humble person and appreciate learning more about him. Definitely should do a Day in the Life Cooking with Gui in the future! Gives all the Glory to God. :) Keep em' coming~

One these days Malheiros was doing a CrossFit VIP for the Cacique Games in Porto Velho in the middle of the Amazon and now he´s living in Cookevile and training to be the best with the best of all time Rich Froning. So proud of this guy!
