Hey Steve I was 16 watching your videos and now I'm 23 looking back for motivation to find my self again I visited a fire station when I was 16 and always wanted to become a firefighter but maybe didn't have the self-confidence to become one but I'm pursuing doing it now in my life watching your video for motivation and belief I can do it one day thank you
Did my Paramedic internship on Rescue 26 ( Westmoreland and Jefferson ) Went to Methodist Medical Center for my training. I work for the LAcoFD now. Miss the guys I met when working with Dallas FD. You guys are amazing and had a great experience!
To all the people that think firefighting is a safe job just because not alot of people die does not mean it's a safe job it just shows how professional they are
I am an EMT in SC. And much respect to him for being a successful bodybuilder. Our call volume is so high that we go well over 2 hours without eating sometimes. Not to mention waking up in the AM or getting little sleep throws my sleep schedule off. It's hard to keep on a steady eating/gym/rest routine.
Same here man. I'm on a Rescue Co. in NC and it makes it hard to catch a good workout at the station. Then if we run all night I feel like hell trying to get a pump on the first day off.
WOW! So many people bitch because he is on steroids, so really? Lets just say "hypothetically" yours house catches on fire, the FD responds and someone like this saves you, are you really gonna complain about how they look? NO. People are so ungrateful and judgmental, be happy he is willing to protect and save people within in community.
i know this guy personally and I'm a high school football player and this guy moves 2 times as fast as me... and I'm on varsity as a sophomore 5a.... this guy is seriously a beast
I don't see a reason why firemen/paramedics should not use steroids. The whole point of their job is to be strong, physically and mentally efficient on up to 72 hour shifts.
Maybe because steroids are bad for the health and tax payer dollars shouldn't be paying for their medical retirements and treatment if they fuck up their health.
give u a ton of credit bro, most body builders have no life except gym and food, they train all day and have no job, your in great shape and you have a demanding job keep it up bro, every year you get more jacked and grainey. good luck this year with your shows
Cool video! I think every bodybuilder should have a mini docu of what THEY do outside of their training rituals and dieting plans. Interesting look always. Great insight on how/what goes on inthe firefighter world. Thank to you and the TXFD crew for your services! cheers!
i wanted to ask the same question about a few guys, Ronnie Coleman was a cop and so is worlds strongest man Derek Poundstone and another world strongest man Phil Phister is also a firefighter
I did 2 years training to become a medical assistant and now I finally see what I really wanted to do. My instructor was Paramedic his whole career and the shit he tells me sounds like a lot, but being in a Warzone, this sounds like a lot of fun. Now I have to go back freaking school to become a damned Firefighter/EMT lol. Ugh! I hate my life!
Everyone keeps asking how he roids and works as a FF, testing for steroids Is way more expensive than a regular drug test, most places won't spend the money to test for it. Very few places do. This guy still puts in crazy work for how busy he's job is
aran125 thats how most guys at my FD get away with it too. But lets face it, a city ain't gonna pay the money for a steroid blood unless you give them a reason.
I don't know about everyone else but I see firefighters doing handstand pushups all the time. Since handstand pushups are required for putting out a fire and rescuing people.
he is totally right about the food with a fire house, if you want some goooood! cooking just ask fireman, it is greasy but you can get a good meal and go to our on site bar after lol!!! we even rigged an old soda machine to give out beers rather than soda
When I looked at the video picture I saw right away was Dallas and I'm just like " that's the first video I've seen about Dallas emergencies although I DO LIVE IN Dallas
Although the only fire station " field trip " well not a field trip since we only had to walk about a mile to a farmers branch children's fire station tour thing
I wonder what Steve Kuclo's score on the beep test would be now? He looks too big to run, makes me wonder if he could even still get the required level of 9.6 on the 20m shuttle run. I'm not hating or anything, just wondering.
+Caleb Walker (The Raven) How is that ignorant? The more muscles you have the more oxygen your body requires to fuel itself... He didn't say it disrespectfully. Its a fact.
is there anyway to contact this guy if he chooses to be? I'm not a bodybuilder, but I lift, coach, and jumping through hoops to become a firefighter in my area of the country, just want to know his path, or what he's willing to discuss.
Good documentary but jus 1 question. Who's gonna save u if u go down big guy? U don't see many ppl in that station that looks like they can drag or (much less) firemans carry nearly 300lbs of dead weight...;) keep up the good work though. The people of Dallas can count on you to save them. *thumbs up*
Get your EMT basic and get some experience. Most departments want your firefighter 2 and your medic license. Trust me, medic school is not easy. Make sure you're 100% committed before you start this career
You'd be surprised how strong these big bodybuilders are when it comes to body weight exercises. Just see how many weighted pull ups they can do. Hand stand push ups shouldn't be that hard for them really...
i am 17, high school student and i love bodybuilder sport and also i wanna be a doctor but i think it is impossible to achieve these to dreams ,ya allah (GOD) i beg you please help me, what my future will be?.
You don't do a fireman carry that's for movies, Turnouts have a Rescue Drag Device which is a webbing in the turnout to drag heavy deadweight, or you can do it the hard way, and ratchet your strong hand under the SCBA straps and drag, all FF rescues should have two persons (RITs) anyway and one is under a leg the other pulls the RDD or SCBA, I've moved 340lbs guys this way down flights of stairs....
They laughed when I told them I would build muscle with "MegaMAX Muscle Maker", but then I showed them the results. Go google "MegaMAX Muscle Maker" to see their reaction. (You should see their priceless faces!)
Holla! Have you considered Aston Muscle Ripper? Maybe it could help you get you a well-defined physique in a fast way - and most importantly - get you on the right path, for an impressive body like it actually did for thousands of people who used it. I analyzed this to different programs, and Aston Muscle Ripper always works much better. It is purely awesome! You will discover for yourself why, (just search in Google for "Aston Muscle Ripper").
Why doesn't Kuclo help his brothers out by advising them what oils to use and how to prepare better meals? I liked the video but it kinda made Kuclo look like a loner. Kuclo should include his brothers in helpful hints of awesome dieting.
