She is literally a very hard working woman. Making dough, settling her shop, 7-8 hours standing, de-settling her shop then washing the utensils on daily basis & so on. So many efforts, oh god. doing these things on daily basis is literally a task in it self. Heartful respect to this lady. God bless her & her family.

Lived in Thailand for 2 years as a teacher, her home, and her cart remind me of everything I fell in love with. The routine she and others like her go through daily is incredible and to be as friendly and smiling as they all are was something not to be taken for granted. Pui’s secret recipe is hard work. Her banana roti are delicious, and well balanced. (I had her egg+banana+condensed milk one.) She’s awesome.

The Thai people are simply amazing and so is their culture. The 2 weeks I spent there were still the most amazing travels of my life and I can’t forget about them . My college daughter went there also and she felt the same way. We talk about going back often

I had the privilege of visiting Bangkok several years ago. It felt quite safe to walk, shop, and eat at all hours. The locals I interacted with were extremely friendly and hard working. It is a great place to visit and I hope to return one day for a Banana Pancake Roti.
