Oh my god, I'm so glad I decided to watch your a day in the life video. I did encounter one of your videos randomly probably a few weeks ago and for some reason, it didn't really resonate with me so I remember leaving the video in the middle. But today, I watched this one and I loved it! You got another follower. I loved you sharing your small bits and piece of life and at the same time bigger ones that can be considered as "journey" such as your fitness journey, hormone journey, etc. Love it! I also like that it's not focused on one single thing but covers a range of things (e.g., eating, workout, self-care, etc.) Your holistic approach to health and well-being gets reflected in a variety of contents you share I think. Loved this video❣️ Just wanted to ask what you think about Protein right after a workout because lots of fitness influencers say „eat/drink protein within the next 30 minutes after your workout“ and tbh this kind of stresses me because I usually want to shower first and enjoy my meal which means I might eat an hour or 2 hours after my workout instead of rushing to the kitchen to make a smoothie or something else just to get the protein in🙈 So do you think you can still grow muscles although your post workout meal will be 2 hours after your workout instead of 30 minutes after it?

I am kinda late commenting here but i just discovered your channel and actually, love ittt 🥰 just a question, which ones would be your tips to fix incorrect performance while working out? Sometimes i can’t figure out how to do certain moves accurately and then i see no results afterwards (like my back gapping so much while doing leg raises, not knowing how high raise my dumbbell while doing weighted sit ups etc) Thanks for this awesome inspiring video! I looked up the brownie recipe and it contains coconut sugar; do you ever use monk fruit or stevia instead of insulin spiking sugars, like coconut sugar, honey, or maple syrup?

Each week, I prep my celery juice so I am stocked up for each morning for about 1 week at least, sometimes more. i usually buy like 3-4 stalks , rinse them, juice them and that fills up about three full mason jars and then each morning i can pour myself a glass and it takes 2 seconds

Enjoyed this video a lot as well as your others. Any suggestions for sugar cravings? I find sometimes out of boredom I'm looking around for something in the refrig. I did make your protein balls. Mine came out a bit dry but I think that's because I drain some of the oil from the almond butter. It was hard to shape the mix into balls. They wouldn't retain their shape. I tried one today and I enjoyed it. I ended up having 3 of them.

I just wanted to tell you that you are such an inspiration for me & that I love to start off my morning workout with your morning shred video and then to follow with one or two other workout videos 🤸♀️. I was wondering if you were doing a lot of cardio other than hit workouts such as running, spinning, etc. Also, do you have any other juice recipes to start off the day, I have to admit that I am not a big fan of the celery juice taste ( I really don't know why, but it gives me shivers every time I take a sip haha). I would highly recommend the app Blinkist to you - it’s a wonderful library of summarised audiobooks and therefore super efficient! If you don’t have time or feel like reading a whole book you can listen to the quint essence of it there! It’s so cool! 😘 lots of love

Hey Sami, I always feel a little bit insecure when it comes to portion size, especially when I see others on Instagram showing their portions. I then always wonder if that is the only portion they eat, if they overeat sometimes or if they just don't show everything. What is your opinion on that and how do you deal with it? 🥰
