I love the screened porch in FL. My elderly mother lived with me for 15 yrs. We had a screened porch & and spent most of our time there - especially starting the day with breakfast on the porch. She enjoyed sitting in the porch swing for house, reading & listening to nature. I miss those days.

I just bought a place in the New Mexico mountains! I absolutely love it! I have deer, elk, wild horses and I did see a mountain lion 🙀 in my yard! I absolutely love it! Ponderosa Pines just thick around me! But this is my forever home! I know the joy you are feeling in the Florida home you have! God is absolutely awesome! 💞😁👋🏼☺️

Was just thinking when you were driving that truck in the snow and we’re able to retire . I can’t imagine driving a big truck especially in bad weather you were so happy to be able to stop. How far you’ve come with hard work and not buying a big house but two smaller ones which enable you guys to go back and forth. You have made a good life. I did enjoy watching you maneuver in that small trailer and how you made it work. Made space for everything you needed. Nice to have a bit more room to move in I’m sure. So glad you guys are still healthy and enjoying life. You have endured and worked hard for it.

Absolutely love the two of you. We also live simple and live free. We are mortgage free and own two homes here in Texas and owe three care which are paid for. We are 74 and 76 and just do our own thing but do it together lol. We sleep in front of the tv with our dog and cat. It’s the best of life. We love the Lord our God with all our hearts. That black and white pokadot dress looks really good on you Elizabeth. I'm guessing that you keep the Virginia home so that you can be closer to your children and grand children? Florida is to get away from the cold, I get that. That's a lot of upkeep to keep, but now at least when you go there for the winter you don't have to shell out money and have the stress of trying to find a place anymore. Plus the properties have value should you ever want or need to sell. There's no money back for the other kind of vacation. Also, no housetrailer upkeep, hauling and parking to deal with. This is a nice option and less fear of bedbugs. We had them and they're a nightmare. Good that you 2 still love each other😊

I am an infrequent viewer, but I did start watching back in the days when you were in the tiny little trailer. A lot has changed since then. I am getting the impression that Elizabeth's health is getting worse and I am very sorry to see this. What caught my attention to your channel originally was her gratitude for everything she had even under difficult circumstances. She has elevated expressing gratitude to a high art form and many people could learn from that, I know I did. If your travel is slowing down, you might benefit from a VR headset. I have one and travel virtually all over the world in full 360 videos. It honestly is like you are there, the technology is quite amazing.
