@@epicsloth17 I would say master simple go to moves that work against physical defenders. Learn how to use your body to create time and space (watch film on players like Doncic, Jalen Brunson). Work on your confidence and watch a lot of your film to see where you can improve!🤩

Confidence is a skill I’m constantly working on. Here are the things I do to build my confidence: every morning I write down affirmations in my journal and my goals for my workouts/practices that day. I meditate for 5 mins, visualize myself doing well on the court for 5 mins then I watch a highlight tape a made of myself doing great things (rebounds, steals, charges, assists, shooting, and 1s, etc.) After practices, I make a list of 10 things I did well and 3 things I would like to improve on.
