Trained at the bangplee-ai camp (spelling?) in the 90s. Had the privilege of training with Apidej for a few weeks. I didn’t wanna come home. I remember going to 10 different pharmacies trying to find athletic tape for the blisters on my feet😂.

Do they do any wrestling? like actual wrestling practises. BJJ is good but you need wrestlinig too. Wrestling twice a week for 90 minutes.

I am a total beginner but want to get into great shape and learn muay thai and some grappling, mainly for health and self confidence. Would you guys be willing to work with me?
