I've always tell my kids that cleaners and people working in the waste collecting industries are unsung heroes! every CNY i'll give them red packets and thank them for doing what they do and keeping our estate clean

There is purpose, honour and dignity to every job. We need people for different roles in society. No job is inherently inferior to any others. There is no small job; only small minds. Sanitation workers provide such an incredibly important service to the community and country. I am so thankful for them.
We should thank them for taking up the job. Else no matter how rich how highly educated you are, without these people, your house will be filled with rubbish. Thanks to them. Be kind to everyone. All jobs are important.

Totally a selfless job.. having worked in a WTE plant.. they have my total respect for working every single day and totally deserved to be paid more in my opinion.

You care about standards or you care about making money to make an honest living for yourself, your family & future, that's the problem with people nowadays they like to judge other people's job & look down on them.
Bruh if it's smelly of course we will cover our nose. u want us to smell the smell and say it's nice meh!? And why parents pull their kids away is because they scared the truck might run over their kids because the truck is so big and their kids is so small. Then say it's our mentality hello uncle u funny leh
