It’d be funny if this video has a part two where by the end of it he’s in a basement with the light bulbs flickering as Tom Brady is getting his hall of fame votes and Parker says “there’s NO WAY it’s unanimous!!!” And then it turns out to be unanimous
Rob Parker in the early 90s “It’s the beginning of the end for Tom Brady. He will never play college football, he will never finish high school, he will never kiss a girl”
His job is literally to have people laughing at him. Rob Parker doesn't have a job or a paycheck by saying "Brady's going to win every year." He gets paid to say "Brady sucks" because Fox knows you'll watch him. Why do you think this video has so many views? Dude gets paid millions to troll people.,,
@Matthew Menotti he’s the best QB of all time, no question.. I hate seeing Brady in the Superbowl every year, but i aint blind like Rob. Brady is just unquestionably the GOAT 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
This man was literally like "as he turns 35 he won't ever see another Super Bowl" Brady is 44, just won the Super Bowl last year and the Bucs are 6-1 right now lmao
Jealousy bro, this is coming from a 🤡 Rob, who stuck up for the Lions here in Michigan for a long time, the worst team in NFL history, won one playoff game in 64 years 😂
I still think favorite part of this is around the 2:45 mark when Parker is talking about Brady being done after a bad opening game of the season against the Raiders. That was the 2017 season. Brady would win the Associated Press MVP award that year.
This video is hysterical. Thanks OP! I saved this to one of my RU-vid folders..not the Sports one...instead, the "funny/random" one. To me, this is not a sports video that happens to be funny. It's a funny video that happens to be sports-related.
Parker and others like him are nothing more than actors. I visit team websites for information. The only yelling and screaming I want to hear is the fans on game day. Brady was something special when he came in for Bledsoe. Never underestimate him and never bet against him. I expected that Tom was going to do what he did in Tampa Bay. I noticed the irony that TB signed with TB... yeah, I'm a bit superstitious. I was right.
Watching him make those statements about TB12 was like watching someone chase a loss while gambling or a car sliding downhill you know it's not going to end well but you can't turn away
I'm not familiar with this guy. Does he always come off as this much of a douchebag or just when it comes to certain big names like Brady? Seems like this might be a shock jock tactic emulating Howard Stern to get more views by saying insane/hyperbolic crap that you don't even believe just to pump the #'s from both lovers and haters.
He’ll say, “I’ve been saying it for 12 years that Tom Brady is washed up, don’t say I didn’t tell you guys so, I tried warning you that his career is over & has been going downhill since the US pulled out of Nam.”
@@fangman21 Or Tebow--honestly that's even more of a cardinal sin. At least Jordan over LeBron is a legitimate argument. Tebow as a legitimate NFL QB? He couldn't hit water if he was stranded in the Atlantic Ocean.
never heard of this dude in my life. but props for sticking with the bit for so long even though it made him look like an obsessed ex girlfriend hahaha
How many times did this fool say that after 35 Tom Brady would never win another Super Bowl but he did again and again and again! Just shut up fool !! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
10 years of proving Parker wrong?? Hmmm. #1. First of all let’s remember a lot of these journalists become actors. They play are part to generate feelings and conversation … and when they do that they often gain a”Howard stern” like following. .. sometimes haters watch you even more than fans. So the fact that someone created an entire post about rob Parker means Parker played the media System: he’s milked Tom bradys career into quite a persona and following for himself. #2. The reality is - I can say this bc I always liked Tom, I never adored him , but I also see the reasonableness of Parker’s comments not just on this nfl issue but also about Steph currys new contract: rob comes across as reasoned and logical. .. Brady fans reject/ deny and don’t like to hear this: but Parker is right in a way- the past 10 years have exposed Tom - actually the first 5!years proved it too when Tom admitted that his coaches wouldn’t let him throw on 3rd and long during his first 3 SBs. The past ten years, he’s lost to Eli Manning in a SB, scoring less than 18 pts. Failing to get his team into FG range with a minute left on the clock. Then about a year later Tom threw 2 ints vs seattle and was 1 yard away from losing that SB. I’m skipping over a bunch but then later Tom lost in the SB when his lack of mobility got exposed vs Philly … he was strip sacked and lost the football 🏈 on what could have been a game winning drive. Joe Montana never failed like that in the SB mostly bc he scored way more than 25 points in most of his SBs … so he only had1 close call in ‘88 and we know what happened there. People who want to think Brady is the greatest will cling to a lot of stats - but they ll ignore or rationalize / justify all the turnovers in big games etc. Parker isn’t totally wrong: without the great teammates Tom has had he wouldn’t have had 7 rings …not even 6 or even 5. I’ll end by saying Tom is better than his detractors/ haters say he is. But he’s not what his butt kissing fans think either.
@@baltepeter absolutely no one brought up any politics, I suggest you keep your opinions to where they belong, aka opinionated political videos, not sports videos where no one gives about politics
@@WUmbSNPS uh.... bandsaw brought up politics. He or she is “someone”, right? They can’t have an opinion if it doesn’t please you? The absolute hilarity of your response is so ironic and indicative of EXACTLY what bandsaw was saying. Settle down there, “opinion police”. No need to be so salty.
@@MrManfly He's just representing all the Tom Brady haters out there, that's all. I commend him for his effort in trying to find new angles every year as to why the Patriots (when Tom was there) but specifically Tom Brady won't win. Obviously he doesn't mean it, everyone knows that as long as Tom Brady is on your team you have a decent chance of getting a Superbowl ring.
Ever since he was 35 this Rob Parker has been a hater on a guy who’s had a hall of fame career just in that span. You could break TB12 into 3 QB’s and still have 3 Hall of Famers in his career. 7 SB Wins out of 10 SB appearances and 5 SB MVP’s. He was still great when he finally retired.
Fr and tn further established that. Now holds passing yards record and has beaten every team in the nfl at least once, and has now proven he can beat belichick. GOAT🐐🐐🐐
I’m amazed by the lack of self-awareness. He’s said Tom Brady would never reach a Super Bowl again. Not even winning it, just getting there. Tom Brady keeps appearing and winning his outsized, not really fair anymore, share of them. Prediction: when Tom Brady finally does retire, and he’s outstayed the reasonable expectation of a QB’s career by a very wide margin, Rob Parker will say, I’m putting money on it: See! See, I’ve said it all along! There are now people being drafted into the NFL who were born after Tom Brady was drafted. He’s a phenomenal athlete.
@@howardtreesong4860 I remember when I used to hate Brady, he was always in such good position in the pocket and I remember screaming at the vikes to get him. Then I watched his documentary thing and the struggles he went through. Now I love the bastard.
@@trever2244 It’s easy to look at Tom Brady and think: he’s got it easy. He’s that proverbial golden child who just had it all fall into his lap. But it really didn’t. He didn’t get to play in high school until someone just quit playing football. In college there were always better guys than him and they picked him like an afterthought. His stats at the Combine were like an elaborate prank. For one of the test, if memory serves, he came in dead last of everybody. He gets picked in the 6th round, they would have been happy if he didn’t run into the Gatorade tank more than twice every season. It turns out the guy is a leader, he’s a general on the field. He switches to a different team in a different division. In his first season he wins the Super Bowl. Then there’s a guy who’s been saying Brady sucks and is past his prime [!] for a solid decade. And that’s how this guy apparently makes his money. I can grab 10 random guys from a random bar in America who will be better analysts than this guy. Then there’s the guy who says Brady is going to fall off a cliff. 3 Super Bowls later it’s: he’s gliding down a slope. I don’t think there’s too many quarterbacks who wouldn’t love to go down that same slide. When Brady does eventually retire he’s not going to become a football commentator/analyst. Because there will be too many instances where the performance of the wunderkind-du-jour will be compared to his and I can imagine that’s more than a little bit cringe-worthy. “The only guy who did it better was... erm... me.” “He joins a select club of other QBs who won 4 or more Super Bowls, starting with, yeah well, me I guess.” Brady got there the hard way and that’s what’s going to make his legacy last. We’re not going to see the likes of him anytime soon.
I was never the biggest fan of Tom Brady when he was a player, but holy shit was the man determined, focused, and passionate to prove absolutely everyone who doubted him wrong.
This dude has turned into an old man in the same 10 years he's been predicting Tom Brady's downfall. In the meantime Tom Brady seems to have barely aged.
That could definitely be argued, 2000-2007, the first dynasty, 2008-2013, coming up just short, and 2014-20?? The second dynasty. I include 2005-2007 in the first dynasty mainly because of the perfect record, but also because it lengthens the stretch of time. If you wanted to just say 2000-2004 (there's no real good place to put his rookie year unfortunately) then I wouldn't argue with you, as that perfect year did go up in smoke
At SOME point Tom Brady will retire. And when he does, you know Rob Parker is going to get on national television and be like "SEE! I told you he was washed. Dude can't even play NFL football at the ripe age of 53!"
Whenever he finally falls asleep and starts to dream , Tom Brady shows up and wins another Super Bowl. Then he suddenly wakes up with a fever and talks smack about the guy for another year or two straight.
Psychologically interesting how he would rather double down on being wrong than have the humility to say Tom Brady is still good past 35 Dudes the type of driver to cut you off, then flip u off when you honk and follow two miles for no reason
There isn't a washed Tom Brady in the past though. This A$$hole just makes his bull$hit up. Rob Parker isn't a Sports Writer nor an Online or Cable Sports Journalist. Rob Parker is merely the Sean Hannity or Tucker Carlson of Sports News. I'm being very kind here he's actually more like a drunk Janinne Piro. Glad he's not TV anymore.
we got to witness the goat of all sports. no one dominated their sport like Tom. There is no debating who is close to him. In every other sport you can debate who is best. But Tommy B is the greatest team sports player in history.
Because he will always take the opposite view, even when wrong time after time after time. He is an idiot, but that’s what sports talk is....idiots talking. They never agree that doesn’t bring the audience to watch it
(Rob Parker furiously pointing at printed game stats and yelling about Brady's bad stats) Damn, he really got paid a shit ton of money to never comprehend that Brady wasn't a stats player. Brady is the kind of leader you want on a team not because of his perfect numbers, but because his game knowledge and application of that game knowledge is such a massive threat that it can nearly win games on its own.
