I hope you try this! I would love to hear how you liked it! I forgot to mention the more ripe your bananas are, the sweeter the dessert. If your bananas aren’t as ripe, you can add a little sprinkle of sugar or your favorite sweetener to the bananas.
I’ve had a similar Filipino dessert using plantains called Turon but tried it with bananas and it turned out great! But u have to eat it fresh . Doesn’t taste good made ahead of time. I hope you try it!
