Yes slicing them thin and frying it in your favorite oil tastes delicious. The taste varies on the ripeness. Sprinkle with salt or Adobo. Great in stews as well. Some restaurants serve it very thinly sliced and fried with guacamole. Thanks for watching!💗
I’m new to using an Instant Pot, but love it for a quick easy meal. I can sauté, pressure cook, slow cook and also can small jars. It’s great for tougher less expensive cuts of meat. Thanks for watching!💗
Happy St Patrick’s Day!💗 I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did! You can make this in a Crock Pot as well. Last year I used a crock pot without water on high for 3-4 hours. This year is the first time I tried it with beer and it was awesome!
