2 potatoes.
Rinse with water.
Half a teaspoon of salt.
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
A piece of butter, oil for frying.
Bunch of green parsley.
70 g hard cheese.
3 chicken eggs, a pinch of salt.
80 g natural yogurt or sour cream.
Seasoning: Dried tomatoes with garlic.
5-6 pieces of sausage.
