I grew up on a large ranch many many years ago ago. I find many blanks in my memory but one thing I’ll always remember is the joy of having several litter of kittens every year. Baby kittens purr so loud and they quickly learn to love the human touch and body warmth. To me, it’s better than puppies but I’ve always been partial to cats.

This reminds me of my rescue that gave birth to four kittens. She would drop them in me to watch when she wanted go play and I would wake up with the tiny kittens purring all over me. Best feeling in the world.
