Anyone who buys this thinking it's going to last 2000 hours is going to be pissed off. That crank might last 2000 hours but that carb, starter, exhaust, bearings, gaskets ect will not last 2000 hours. So after 250-500 hours you can replace all the other parts except for the crank. What a sleazy way to sell an overpriced 2 stroke
While it will definitely require maintenance (like any engine) the crank case and rest of the engine should last considerably longer than most other engines from Vittorazi or other manufacturers. We’re sorry if we didn’t make that clearer!
All I can say is, after completely disassembling it, I can’t believe they aren’t charging another $1000 for them. More expensive than most paramotor engines? Definitely . An overpriced 2 stroke? Not even close….
What’s the difference in weight. What’s the difference in cost at least percentage wise. You keep saying it’s good for the life of the motor even a junkie old engine is made by anybody the parts will be good for the life of the motor because when they’re no longer good that’s the life of the motor. I don’t mean to seem like a wise guy I’m not. I’m very impressed with the video very impressed with the parts even somebody that isn’t knowledgeable can see that this is one heckuva piece of machinery. But how about the projected horsepower and how about the projected weight compared to the monster
All of those datapoints are available on the Vittorazi website which is why I didn’t really bother covering that. We wanted to do a video focused on the internals because that hasn’t really been shown off yet. After opening this motor up I’m honestly surprised they aren’t retailing for more than they are. Standard Moster plus is around $3k and the Factory R around $4500. Don’t worry I’ll get better on camera eventually 😅 right now I’m only as good as the life of the camera lol
The factory are is definitely on my list of things to do next year. That was a wonderful presentation of the difference between the regular engines and the factory r. Your turntable is very cool and I think added a great dimension to the video
Changed the port timing hahahahahaha did you just make that up? Maybe just a high lift cam hahahahahaaha. What they did was polish and match everything. These are high RPM motors and that sort of thing matters. They strengthened everything while keeping weight to an absolute minimum. Basically, what would be marketed as a ''race'' engine, high output, etc. Expect a 10% increase in power without, in any way shape or form, sacrificing longevity.
@@michaeldose2041 are you suggesting the 2strokes don't have port timing 🤣🤣🤣 go back to bed my friends of watch the video properly an listen to what they say b4 running your mouth
