Vittorazi recommends us to change these parts at every 100 flying hours.
Although not a complicated operation, it requires a few tools and some mechanical skills. Nothing that you can't do at home with the engine installed on the frame though.
Here is how we do it in our workshops!
Removing the exhaust: • Vittorazi Moster plus ...
Retorquing the cylinder head bolts: • Vittorazi Moster Plus ...

I quit using Loc Tight 600 hours ago, no problems as of yet on paramotors. the trick here is a good preflight check. it is much easier to repair in the field if you need to make a quick repair. Just my opinion. A great video other than that.

Good video. Thanks. The sealant on both sides of the head gasket will make it more difficult to remove the next time it has to come off. Have you tested this?

And it will change the squish. I would not use it. maybe only where the 2 crankcase halves meet just on the seam. also I would not use a razorblade on aluminum. Very bad idea.

You guys videos are great, but I can't find instructions or videos anywhere on how to install a pinion pulley on a Moster classic; even from Vittorazi...It's very hard to keep the pulley from spinning when you have to torque it to 45 newt-meters.

Hola, hay tres medidas de pistón de recambio para el moster,se supone que el nikacil se desgasta y el cilindro queda ovalado entonces como voy a poner un pistón unas centésimas más grande si el pistón es redondo? Me podrías explicar?

Omfg using wire and a screw driver to remove exhaust springs 😑 and then bringing out a mechanics pick after 🤦also dont use a piston ring or a razer on your piston bad advice there are tools or chemicals for this if your a bit of a DIY man just use the green part of a sponge or scotch bright. Laughed a little when he forgot to remove 1 bolt when removing the exhaust

@@alexbastow7915 I agree there's some bad advice in this video. Using the broken piston rings to clean out the aluminum patin? You're going to scratch no matter what and then using a razor blade to scratch the Piston to get the carbon off? That's nuts... just use the Scotch-Brite after soaking in a little solvent
