Awesome house and fantastic exploration, Greg. The pool with the plants looks interesting and kind of cool. I like the crown molding and the ornate door frames. Good thing you can't smell the odor behind the screen, but looking at the contents of the fridge, I can picture it very well. 🤭😆 It's amazing what's still in there and slowly developing a life of its own. Yeah this was a cool house, so I'm glad you enjoyed this one!! the pool is wild, i've never seen anything like that before, usually those grow in fields and ditches along country roads lol... The interior had a lot of nice features... That fridge, was one of the worst i'd ever smelled.. it was really really bad. I'm glad you didn't have to share that.. thank you sooooooo much!

Awesome explore Greg! The crown molding and bay windows were nice. The back porch overlooking the pool area was pretty cool. They had a nice set up at one time.

Lol mate I dont think I would of got through that open window either. The faccage looks amazing mate. That last place I explored here in my home town also had the laundry and kitchen combined I find that weird when the home is so large makes no sense. I dig it when you open these fridges and take a whiff Ha Ha the shit finger laugh. Did Ethan and Owen take a whiff to, you guys make me laugh🤣 No brown bomber but what else was in that Bog looked like a spider eeck. This was another cool place mate just love the inners to these homes.
I've never seen a combined laundry kitchen before ever lol. Its weird to me, Those guys got a whiff, as did anybody outside, that smell just went EVERYWHERE!. I'm glad you enjoyed this place man. I think it was definitely a beauty in its day!
It's because if someone gets in and gets hurt,the homeowner can be sued. Even vandels .We had to do it at my grandparents home.My mother owned it and she went into a nursing home. The city sent her a citation ,listing that as one of the code violations.. My husband and son and daughter-in-law joined me in boarding up the windows for her.And fixing the other violations....mowing the lawns and trimming the bushes back.
No I didn't but I do now Greg loved this explore the different trim and those bay windows I bet were beautiful back then plus the sink has the view I love it just seems odd how the rooms were numbered was it close to a college or something that they would rent it out to college students but it was a good explore but a little stinky for you I didn't smell anything lol well Greg you did another excellent job 👍✌
Killer place but that busy road ruins it. Imagine this area back in the days. Imagine the entertaining and family there. Times change and we overdevelop everywhere. Another AWESOME video. Thank you. PS... I hate laminate flooring!

For fun, people put them in their mouth or you can break the in half and the completely EXPLODE 😮😮 It's really cool, so many little fluffy seeds come flying out. Some reactions are hilarious 😂 Now....The FRIDGES... That was golden, and I think you've made my top 3 with your offended reaction to it's splendid contents😂😂 The home was in fairly good condition for it's age. Definitely going to be rewatching.
