A lot of cool stuff left behind. That jacket was awesome! All of the old magazines (must of been hundreds), and all of those vinyl albums. Still have all of mine from the 80’s. This place was unbelievable. I think I could spend several hours in there so much to see and unbelievable how much stuff was left behind. That high school jacket was fabulous. Too many things in this house I liked but just wondering why so much was left behind, but then I always wonder that Super fabulous explore. I think this is probably one of my absolute favorites. Keep up the good work.

Hi Greg, I finally got around to enjoying your video today. It's a great place, but the house is in a really sad state. So many things left behind, some of which are really cool. I always think it's a shame when family photos are so scattered on the floor and buried by objects. A fantastic and interesting exploration, with one very unpleasant surprise. I didn’t have that album, but I had the one with”Roundabout “. Great song. I saw them in the 70’s. We’re going to see Mannheim Steamroller tomorrow. My 2 kids & their spouses are taking us. Our kids were brought up on this Christmas music, besides the oldies. Before I fell in love with their music we only listened to Bing, & the others from that era. I am commenting here for the castle mansion because I could not comment on the page itself. I laughed so hard when you discovered the brown bomber because your reaction was hilarious and I couldn’t stop laughing. There was a definite sadness permeating in that house. I wonder why, if they were in fact bankrupt, they didn’t sell the house or at least the classic furnishings?

I like the look of the dormers. The trim all around. That door I like. Looking around there is so much left behind looks like at least half there life 😥 glass doorknob❤ creepy dolls😱 the built-ins. That bathroom is a little to narrow for me haha the windows❤ that staircase. That sunroom❤ that wood stove with wood all ready to go. That wood stove is just stunning❤ Little cat figurine😻 that light hanging. Rocking chair. That basement is really low Greg. I like those old lanterns. Can't believe bout the copper😯 Why would the kids just leave this? Its a Shame that its all left there to rot and decay😢 Oops sorry think its time to invest in some gloves even if they are disposable lol. Hi Greg, the magazines are too much. Dump them all! Don't even keep them when they're new. Leads to hoarding troubles. The paneling in the kitchen is great, but it should be in a small 1960s themed den with red shag rug, leather furniture, macramé hangings and hanging Spider plants. Then paneling works. The two matching chairs at the front door area are very nice and the china cabinet in the "dining" room looks chalk-a-block with attractive collectibles and dining items. Clearly educated, with all those framed diplomas, but a nice find and tour for us. The two-tone phone in the kitchen is so British and from the tartan feature book pages you found (lying on the second room floor), the repro of Elizabeth I and another Scotch themed picture you panned, these folks came from the British Isles. Slides are so 1960s not to mention the slide carousel trays! The sunroom, after the laundry area, contains a magazine entitled "British" with an article on Jousting! How cool is that!

Yeah...that old cheap stereo system. I got a "Fisher" one in 1986 and it looks exactly like that ! I see the unit just under the turn table is the AM/FM receiver and it looks like my Fisher. It seems some company was making these components for multiple companies with minor differences. The house has so much to look at; in a couple years when the roof goes that will be it.

Its the first twin tub washing machine i have seen in Canadian or American explorers we had them before front loading washing machines. And we have our washing machines in our kitchens unless your very rich and have big homes with utility rooms i can't get over the differences in Canadian and American homes.

I wish you would learn from like Adam and Bros decay. They have a zoom on their camera so if they can't walk to a picture they zoom so that we can see it. He seems to focus more on the decay I want to learn more about the history the old etc.

They should have named this house The Reading House

What a groovy old house with crazy old antiques. It is sad to see the deterioration of what was once upon a time a (hopefully) happy family home. Did you find anything that may have suggested as to why it was left abandoned? We people spend our whole lives working hard to catch ahold of our American dream. And then we die..... And everything we once believed to be of importance means absolutely nothing. After death, we find out what should have been our first priority in our lives. Certainly not objects. I enjoy your whole videos EXCEPT when you show what could remain in the toilets. That is just so unnecessary since we all know what goes in toilets.
