A developer has big plans for the Utah State Hospital property 

It's all about the GREED greedy Politicians and Bureaucrats and developers. The love of money is the root of all evil.

Good grief.... leave the hospital alone. Why is it when land become valuable or desirable we try to find a way to sweep out anyone undesirable off it so you can put something else there in its place. LEAVE THEM ALONE! I'm fed up with this behaviour.

Well tell the developer to take over 7 peaks. Good grief. I wonder what this guy gets for pushing it. Btw there needs to be more mental health facilities throughout the state and leave the state hospital alone.

313 beds to serve the entire State! Keep it. Build more hospitals. We will have to pay for it either through prevention or incarceration

I am sure and we the taxpayers will end up paying for everything so the developer and his elected buddies can make tons of money off the taxpayers.

Where would the state find the money to build state hospital buildings all over the state? Yet they don’t have money or funds to help the Navajo’s in Southern Utah with infrastructure they need-roads, water, electricity, healthcare,etc!😡

That has been a landmark for years i used to work there in the kitchen and delivering meals to patients in the units

The hospital itself is not enough for the state. Leave it be and focus on building more hospitals in other communities

Legislators taking money only to help a handful build these mega playgrounds or gravel pits. All to the detriment of our health and mental health. Childishness for money

A developer wants to exploit land and doesn’t consider anyone but its pocketbook? Crazy.

A ski resort? Two ski resorts have been proposed in that area in the past and have both failed. Heritage Mountain and Seven Peaks. Haven't they learned? Just stop and leave things alone

When the patients start running around people will wonder why arent these people in patient.

A developer wants to build an entertainment area for profit and he wants to move a state hospital that treats sick people? What other areas is this guy so easily influenced in? What kind of side deal is he getting from this?
