Taxpayers should not subsidize discriminatory actions regardless of characteristics. Taxpayers already subsidize churches because they don’t pay taxes but use roads, water, sewers & have not kept their politics outside of the pulpit.

47:26 strawmanosaur twisted beyond recognition. Several of the lawsuits are much more capricious than the rule that clarifies “who” a person is vs “what” a person does. Sports can be size/weight vs genitals. Who polices the genitals? 50:14

10:42 gender identity and sexual orientation are directly related to sex no matter what. This means no discrimination should be allowed at all anyway. Offer a third locker room that is “gender neutral” or more privacy in shower & bathroom facilities - especially for adults. For non-discriminatory purposes, I believe expanding options wouldn’t harm a single person & would add jobs for tradespeople at minimum.

18:48 there is no reason to allow anyone in schools or government - teachers or students - or any part of public life to bully and discriminate against anyone because of who they are. Justice Alito even said that. He wouldn’t say that orientation or gender are part of identity or something, of course. Other people’s religious beliefs do not dictate mine.
