Id like to think each member of The Legion is in their own trials. As for their Chimeric Blight skin,I always saw it as a punishment for a version of them who tried to resist.
There is one fact about Skull Merchant which is much more disturbing than the one you showed here. Take a look at her Heart Stopper skin, or rather at her face with this skin. At first look, her mask with this skin looks like a regular creepy mask. But once you'll turn it sideways, you will see the actual thing. You can see that with this skin, her jaw is completely missing. The place where her jaw should be is completely hollow, and the only thing you can see is her throat inside. This "mask" on her face is not a mask, but a mechanical prothesis with terrifying sharp teeth that replaces her face.
I love Vecna’s lore, just “eh, I’ll join this as inevitably I will control it” Which, based on his others have managed to influence it (Bligbt long ago, Vigo etc) the chances that Vecna succeeds feels likely, if not something we actually get to see. Could be a good paradox skin, what Vecna will become if he subsumed the entity
Also we must remember that Vecna is a deity, a lesser one, but a deity. Bro is immune to pretty huge stuff like Disintegration, mind control and status effects. He also is a genius in magic and could probably understand and replicate the magic of the Entity
Fun fact: Vecna was the only killer in the realm to not only pose a threat to the entity, but had the highest possibility out of anyone to maybe defeat it, they key word here is “WAS”, ever since he entered, he was branded by the entity to have a power dampening spell, which makes him a lot weaker than he should be, and he doesn’t know his (since it’s in the back of his neck). While he believes he can escape and rule the entity, the entity already got one step ahead and made sure to make sure he never does get too strong. Even those who are a threat to the entity cannot escape its ever growing grasp and power
Nah I think Vecna knows about the seal, but he deceided to join because he believes he can one day unravel how the entity's power works and attain it for himself. Which is why he allowed himself to get sucked in when he could theoretically have stopped his summoning. Alrhough I don't know how much of a threat he would pose himself, but I think he was moreso sealed cause without it things like pallets and whatnot would literally not even phase him, and plus you don't want a killer to get annoyed during a trial and just deceide to cast fireball
Tbh he kinda already has an out. The Eye and Hand of Vecna when brought together can cast the “Wish” spell. The spell that grants Wishes. Since both items are in the game a survivor can probably use it. Notably tho, the Eye has the ability to give Vecna complete control of the user and consume their soul. So if Vecna wanted too he could just let a survivor get both of them, have them Wish away his dampening seal then go back to his God level might.
6:11. Nope all 4 are in there. If you look at the knife cosmetic individually: 'The knife held by Joey as he attempted to cut himself free of the abomination the Legion had become. Once he lost control over Frank's arm, his fate was set'. Yeah. Creepy. Further reaffirming just how much of a jerk Frank is and what he truly values.
Uhh not getting cut up? He’s literally fighting for control over his body as his friends and girlfriend are melded into his body your telling me you wouldn’t fight for control of your body after that?
honestly thats why I love playing dredge and making custom outfits for him. You can really put anything together as hes meant to be an amalgamation of many difficult things.
"Fun" fact: When Sadako got axed and tossed into the well by Dr. Ikuma, she was still clinging to life for roughly thirty years before finally dying in the darkness prior to the events of Ringu. Her demigod powers had given her strength like none other, but it also prolonged her suffering.
two questions 1. how on earth did one damaged rogue hux robot destroy the entire humanity? 2. how did talbot grimes subdue characters like sadako, nemesis, or pyramid head? additionally, vecna will never take over the entity's realm due to the red seal on the back of his neck, which not only limits his powers, but also makes it impossible for him to leave the realm
About Talbot before he was bitten by a mutated mouse, he could inject himself with the serum without getting mutated, and when he did, he was unreal strong and could probably even defeat Nemesis. That is if I am not mistaken about the mouse. And so I completely agree with the commenter above, mega rizz
@@theoneandonly9775 infinite time means mothing when vecna's abilities are severely nerfed and he can't go back home, where the spells and other stuff a lich might need is
Xenomorph Clone was the fifth attempt to clone Ripley in Alien Resurrection before the scientists succeeded with Ripley 8. The one that came before her, Ripley 7, was partially deformed and left to suffer in a corner. That's why the skin is so disturbing. It embodies pain and is a carefully selected choice to show Ripley that she failed. I'm glad they didn't go with the Newborn as a cosmetic. It looked so bad and it's sad that Sigourney Weaver's last Alien movie was such a mixed bag. I am excited for Alien: Romulus though. Comes out in my birthday month too! Thank you for the video. ❤
4:11 so I have this really weird theory about Huntress. Y‘know how she lives in the Red Forest, but also in the 1910s, even though the Forest only becomes Red post Chernobyl? What if there‘s a fracture somewhere in that area, and its leaking radiation into the ground. That would not only make the trees red, but also affect local wildlife (like the Deer that killed Anna‘s mother) and anyone else thats continuously exposed to the radiation, say Anna herself. Its a fun way to explain it other than „The Writers forgot why the Red Forest is called that“
Interesting but, this forest is definitely not in Chernobyl, most likely somewhere in the north of the territory of modern Belarus - Russia, in general, the story of Hantres describes the taiga, but then the presence of German soldiers there makes absolutely no sense, because during the First World War the Germans could not occupy the Russian Empire so deeply. That's why her story is rather leaky in my opinion.
@@neko6804 Something to consider is that her timeline isn't _our_ timeline, any assortment of mild changes can be made so long as it gets the premise across. Maybe in her timeline the climates were different, or Russia's territory wasn't as expansive (leaving the Red Forest on the un-maintained outskirts, where German soldiers could more efficiently set up camp and infiltrate from) It is admittedly hand-wavy, but so is the entire premise of the Entity so the suggestion still stands.
@@CarBroke.PhoneYes He's a stupid powerful undead where even the D&D Psychopomp God (AKA the Deity that guided of the Undead) was unable to claim his soul as he perfected undead immortality
Considering The Jaberwock was a skin made by The Mad Designer, and it’s known she can create her own realms, it’s likely she was able to draw it into existence
I think a disturbing thing about dbd is the Demo and Xeno, the Demo (soon after its intro to the realm) had a mutation caused to it however the Xeno only had Variants to it, its grid Xeno skin, Queen, and the clone being made by humans, the only mutation is Blighted Xeno, nothing else, it either shows that the realm is at its limit, or Xenomorphs are the perfect organism able to survive in any world
Trapper's traps gaining life is no doubt creepy, but imagine if their personality are just: Eyyyy, oo's dat 'ere? Wh- ey! EY! THAS- THAS ONE O' THOSE SURVIRORS! C'MERE! OI! EVAN- EVAN, THERE'S- THERE'S A SACK O' MEAT 'ERE! YOU STAY RIGHT THERE, YOU! **aggressive clanking**
If I'm not mistaken the bloody han on Myers' back is from the last confrontation with Laurie, right before he gets shot as her hand was bloody from holding her hurt shoulder.
(Sometime in the future of the realm) Vecna: Alright I’m your new boss so all of you will do as I say. Blight: Plant? Vecna: Yes Talbot, there are blight plants out back Nemisis: Staaaaars. Vecna: No worries I brought everything last living stars member into the realm. Hux: Jeans. Vecna: Huxlee you don’t even wear pants.
The deathslinger's one seems like a dream of gilt for what he has done as he dies seem to carry some gilt at the end of his lore or near the end of it before he's taken
The idea of a character forcing their way into the game in search of power is both hilarious and terrifying. Like imagine someone like Sephiroth showing up trying to harness the Entity’s power. Also, with the Skull Merchant’s claw, gadgets, and desire for a challenge…it sounds like the devs are desperate for a Predator collaboration.
The blighted Xeno fact is a bit wrong, the Xeno have regular eyes under their heads uh.. “shell.” They had promotional figures for AvP that showed their skull.
I have this creepy theory about sable that I think sable is working for the entity like she’s undercover to make sure the survivors don’t try and escape or to make sure the survivors have found a way out back into the real world so in my opinion I think sable was manipulated by the entity to seek out Mikaela because the entity is aware of how much sable and Mikaela care for each other
At one point, I was planning to write a DBD version of “My Immortal” (an infamous Harry Potter fanfiction), and my OC was aesthetically similar to Sable. Her name was…what was it…oh! Sienna Ra’Diance Derangement Lilith Von Zarovich.
A thing I find scary about pinhead is that he originally was human, and then turned into this creature of hell. Another thing I find to be scary about him is that he also (in one of the books so not canon to dbd but just disturbing in general) manages to almost take over hell and kill thousands of creatures as he does so. If that Pinhead is canon to dbd, then he is most likely more powerful than we think. Most likely more powerful than Pyramid Head, Myers, Oni, Vecna or even the entity itself.
For the Xeno Blighted skin...the xeno always had eyes. Just not visible to us. Due to the way the skin is layered and the position of the skull you practically cannot see the eye sockets behind the skin.
Not anymore the entity nerfed him and she’s a living multiverse who controls everything he won’t find a way to escape because she won’t let him find the things he’d need
@@Somedude72I mean he can probably still escape it. His Eye and Hand are in the area just hanging around, if you get both you get access to the Wish spell, also a chance of Vecna possessing the wielder’s body. He could probably get around it by letting a survivor get both of them, then take over them to have them wish away his Seal.
@@nealenthenerd399 his hand and eye are most likely duplicates the entity made she does that a lot pretty much everything except for the survivors and killers are duplicates and she’s shown to be very very smart and plan ahead so highly doubt she just left the Actual things in the trial
I love the idea that through the last like year of killer releases, it seems the entity has been getting stronger and stronger, just by looking at the caliber of killer it's been taking lately. My favorite head canon right now is that Vecna, in his supreme arrogance (or dark arrogance if you will) spent potentially decades deciphering a spell only to realise the being he summoned, the entity, was on a whole different tier than a god of any realm he's been too. So in knowing this thing is going to take him, decides to submit in order to freely study the entity with as much wits about him as possible instead of being forced too. But the only thing is, the entity is probably growing stronger faster than Vecna can learn, so he just kind of screwed himself.
Whoa... those four "bite marks" on The Unknown aren't teeth -- I think that's a scolex...! Which would make The Unknown a hollowed-out skin filled with flatworms, and probably inspired by The X-Files' "Flukeman."
I have the feeling that Susie was the one taking the lead in the chimeric horde outfit, you can clearly see Frank and Joey are part of the chest and Julie is the face in the back of the head, those this mean that Susie thirst for blood is bigger than we thought? At the end the quite shy ones are the most dangerous
In the game files there are 2 files, one with 3 and one with 4 *tentacles*(unkowns power),in game only 3 show up,maybe it was supposed to look different !
as someone who has watched most of the alien movies, i can confirm that style is a clone of ellen ripley, i wont say what her outfit is because just incase you havent watched the movies
The Plague cut off her own toe as a offering to the gods to save a woman. The Artist was blamed for her brothers death despite basically raising him. The Skull Merchant uses human skulls for her drones!
could deathslinger possibly be a sadomasochist? he likes to infilct pain but the device thing sounded borderline like a masochist? hes an intresring serial killer i tell ya
Wait is clowns thrice greatest line also a reference to that one horror movie? As above as below? The 6 being a marker of hell and rhw line being a spin on the movie? Pretry big reach but its there
Gotta say skull merchant and trickster where kindy boring imo. Like you have people being fused together, potentialy as punishment, but on the other side you have a psycho enjoying people getting wet and another psycho wanting to hunt people that fight back...
the xenomorph actually doens't have eyes it has a human like skull under its domed head the blighted xenomorph made this dome much more transparent allowing us to see through it and see the skull.
Am I the only one who doesn’t like the idea of vecna Mary sue-ing the entity? I kinda liked the idea that the Entity was this omnipotent being unchallenged.
I like the idea he's bored during campaigns and just vibes with lower being aka the entity but for fun or a way to just pass the time. There is no way the entity is that powerful idc how much proof I don't believe it.
