Question. I grew up on a lake in Northern Minnesota. I live outside Chicago now; we had to bring in our docks at the end of summer due to snow and ice. So. Question. Do docks and lifts on LOZ need to be brought in at the end of summer or can they be permanent? Thanks
The docks are permanent. A lot of dock owners have de-icers so they don't get damaged if they're in an area where the water freezes. We don't typically have enough snow to break docks but it has happened in the past.
