I worked at a hospital for six years. It was only one hospital, and I recognize that they all look different. A few things stick out to me: that's a stretcher, not a proper hospital bed. Paintings in the room--super expensive to do that for a hundred-bed hospital. Only one bed in the room. Unprofessionally crooked file holder. No alarms/indicators/wallaroos on the hallway wall. No sharps containers, gloves, ppe stuff. Weird red toolchest-but-for-medicine? Harsh flourescent lighting seems unlikely lighting choice..hard to rest with them. Scale in room. No table for eating food. Probably a doctor's office. They may have rented it for an afternoon, or know a doctor who let them borrow it. Seems unlikely a proper hospital itself would allow this sort of filming.

You'd be scared confused, trying to act fine and calm until you actually calm down. Then when you'd sleep you don't, eyes open thinking about life and what would you have done.
