Wow this is so quaint, I’m a high school teacher today and wish I taught in the 90s. Today girls where bra tops with their cleavage and bellies hanging out, once a girl wore a see through bustier . Most of the time we can’t say anything, there’s no dress code anymore , the policy is that it would infringe on “gender expression” or “be sexist”. ( I don’t care if you are a guy that wants to wear a dress or a girl that wants to wear baggy jeans and boxers hanging out, go for it but keep certain zones covered and left to the imagination !)
@@maidahaltrecht6577 At least a good decade older than them. I read she didn't disclose her real age when she was cast, all she said was that she was at least 21. Smart lady, she got a nice gig for a long time there! 😂
..Donna's Mother possibly saw what she was wearing to School, and decided to head her off at the PASS! (3:05) ...ha-HAA!! ...and, didn't Brenda wear a BUSTIER to class, once!?? ...ah, the 90's.....😆 ...
@@nicoleneary1004 Would the idea of a t-shirt showing the middle finger an idea of something useful inside a learning organization? There's nothing wrong with a choice between a selection of modern uniforms while being at school. Those who feel enthreatened by this could still wear something else, but there is definitely a point where you draw the red line.
@@nicoleneary1004 you say that however, if someone wore a confederate flag, Trump shirt or MAGA hat, or a symbol that you didn’t agree with, you would object, correct? Liberal ideas oppress other people’s beliefs if they find it to be racist or oppressive
I agree. I work in a middle school. Now that it's warmer girls are wearing short shorts, many of them have their "underbutt" cheek haninging out so it looks like they are wearing underwear. Our school supposedly has a dress code but it's not enforced.
@@nicoleneary1004 Colors aren’t an issue. But some images like drug use and nudity are inappropriate for children and teens to wear to school. I also don’t think students should wear revealing clothing to school.
Andrea’s hairstyle, clothes, makeup and accessories are those of a woman in her thirties or forties. Not a high schooler. I’m pretty sure it was Gabrielle Carteris (or her management) who pushed for this new look, rather than the nerdier look of earlier seasons. That’s common on long running tv shows, so I don’t really blame Carteris. But, again, the effect makes her look so much older than the other characters.
Andrea's hair color is very pretty in this season, but the haircut that doesn't work at all. It's not ugly, but it reveals her true age. And her look don't help. Her hairstyle and her look in season 4 make her look younger.
Ha! I thought she really looked older in season 4. The hair looked nice, but the oversized boxy blazers were very matronly. I know mostly they were concealing her pregnancy, but it made her look much older.
@@TaritaLavern Ah ah, right! My memories were misleading me: I looked at some photos and indeed, her look from season 4 aged her even more. The haircut is very good though.
