240 g flour
1 tsp baking powder (1 tsp flour + 0.5 tsp soda)
1 egg
125 g sugar
1 tbsp. sour cream
100 g butter
(ingredients are designed for a shape of 16 cm)
For the apple filling:
1 kg of apples
125 g sugar
150 g of water
100 g butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1. Apples peel and core.
2. Grate on the middle nozzle.
3. Put the apples in a frying pan, add sugar and mix.
4. Add water and simmer over low heat until tender.
5. Add cinnamon and let cool.
6. For the dough, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soft butter to the state of crumbs.
7. Add the egg and sour cream.
8. Knead the dough.
9. Soft butter whisk and add the apple filling. Mix everything well.
10. Divide the dough into 10 identical balls.
11. Roll out thin cakes and cut into shape.
12. Bake at 180ʼС for about 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown.
13. Put the cake on a plate and apple filling on top.
14. From the scraps we make a crumb and sprinkle the cake.
15. Put in the refrigerator at night.
16. Cut and serve.
