200 ml of warm milk.
7 grams of dry yeast.
20 grams of sugar.
Mix well.
Sift 100 grams of wheat flour.
Mix until no lumps remain.
Cover the dough for 15 minutes.

30 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix thoroughly.
Sift another 220 grams of wheat flour.
6 grams of salt.
Mix the ingredients.
The dough should be soft.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Continue kneading the dough on the table.
If the dough is too soft, gradually add flour.
Place the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough.
Set the dough aside for 45 minutes in a warm place.
The dough rose well.
Place the dough on the work surface.
Form one ball from the dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Form balls from each piece of dough.
Sprinkle the board with flour.
Place the dough balls on the board.
If the dough sticks to your hands, work with flour.
Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough.

Roll into a tube.
