@@skyzoop I think the reason some people believe playing badly should be reportable is because in theory no one should ever really get shit stomped. If the rank system is actually putting everyone where they belong and their are no smurfs shit stomps like this entire game wouldn't happen, but sometimes you get plat zeds vs a challenger player... I really wish smurfing wasn't a thing, i've been in top 100 in other games like rocket league and while everyone i know around my rank has 1 or more smurfs i've been pretty steadfast on not making smurfs because i just fucking don't support it. Its dog shit and makes what is a already hard thing to do of accurately putting people in ranks they belong in WAY harder because its not really possible for companies to make a system that factors in hundreds even thousands of high rank players playing 100+ games each in elo they shouldn't be in....

@@demon3203 This is not true even in a razor sharply balanced mmr since even a tiny advantage can easily snowball into a huge lead. Pekin constantly pops off in challenger games where he should on average play against significantly better player/s at least 1/4 of the time assuming a bell curve.

It does auto attack damage plus a flat amount plus a % of missing HP. Is it stronger when they're lower? Yes. But it's not on a super long cooldowns, might as well use it as an AA reset

Ideally you want to use it at least twice, so once at the very start. If only going for a trade, then use as aa reset for third auto.

what zed is so free for kayle When I play kayle I can't beat zed pre 6 I don't know how pekin can do that, but after 6 it's so easy, you just poke him out of lane, your ult counters his. You get to scale for free and you hard outscale.
