WR% tells only a small story about how riot balances, you also have to consider things like 1. the above and 2. are they a twink who can be given abs without raising eyebrows, etc

I've also found Lilia to be a great counter. You can really kite him out and then when he ults you can just put him down for a nap. Frozen heart also feels very nice on Lilia especially in lane vs a trynd

That was a lvl1 invade. I guess botlane they needed lvl2 to efficiently rotate without completely sacrificing their lane, just like Pekin?

@@AlexiSonic this is basically correct, you can see that only once they made it to level 2 did they start rotating (which was the right thing to do, soraka probably started q and wouldnt have had w to help olaf)
