I actually started to feel so sorry for Scott! He looked so confused, definitely not an 'ordinary' fan. Like Samantha said, he would have broke character out of excitement. Going through his briefcase seems like breaking his privacy, but he left it... Who knows what we find in there. Also, what if we went back to D3B? Would Deb's AI have something to say about Scott?

I have a theory, this could either be time travel like what other people say and this makes sense, or since the antidote was spread out in the valley, Scott woke up because he maybe had serum in him. So since he just woke up, he doesn't know the syntec isn't in that building anymore and that is why he went to the building claiming he is an employee. But idk this could be way off.

I think I would have said "calm down, sit, and take a breathe. Ask him what date it is and correct him." If you had him leave that would be more stressful and bigger of risk than to let him stay. Now look what you have done. Instead of looking at the whole picture, deal with it in small chunks. This guy clearly is on your side.

Im going to take this from a comment that I posted previously, but do you remember that cabinet of files that had all the documented workers at syntec? it was many seasons ago, after they cleared out that abandoned storage locker, but maybe his name, Scott, would be in that cabinet, and maybe we can find who he is? or you could also ask him. He seems nice enough to just hand out answers.

but you also have to understand that they don't know if it's a fan trolling or it's actually him. It makes sense why they are on edge, a random stranger showed up to the studio. How they are feeling is valid when they are being on edge and asking him to leave, if he did stay he could lie so it's understandable why the team asked him to leave.

I think that it’s almost like the past is being pulled into their time. That has the potential to be both good and bad. Like, most of the employees at Syntec probably weren’t the greatest people, but also, they would have more allies in a living Deb and Wes. And maybe even Jordan Kendall. Only TIME will tell. Haven’t finished the episode yet but my prediction is: time travel. The new car and guy with the brief case are from when syntech was around but now in the future. That is why the car looks brand new and the guy is dressed non modern for work these days. Just finished the episode, damn I good lol.

Mega Car / MegaRide should have all kind of accessories you can get for a car. Bike racks on the rack, a rack on the top, green lights inside, leather seats, etc etc

That guy is genuinely a Syntec employee that's lost in time, no fan is as clean and completed with briefcase like that or old like that to visit a studio and refused to leave. I believe you already see a lot of comment and theory about time travel, so i just support that idea

The man left a briefcase, if you remember the mountaineer had a briefcase inside as well. You should go back to the mountaineer and try to find the briefcase and place them both side by side,they both almost look identical. And the man's name is Scott, and in the mountaineer it had a "Memo:company car" letter, didn't Scott make the letter? And Scott is the "owner" of the mountaineer right?

Theory: the “fan” really is a syntec employee. If I’m not wrong there was a fire years ago at syntec. What if the fan was hurt to an extent where he was in a coma. And after all these years he woke up not really sure what is happening and he is confused because all he has known is gone and is different.

The "fan" is Scott, he said it himself, the Syntec employee on the card in the mountaineer. His briefcase is also the same as the one found in the mountaineer.
