This jam is made with apricots from a tree in the backyard of the house. For several years he did not make many apricots. But this year when it was oiled and treated, the production was incredible!!..
An opportunity for jam, since they all ripened together and were impossible to eat fresh.
The jam didn't turn out too sweet because I put 2 kilos of sugar instead of 3, but it kept more flavor than the apricots and I liked it better.
