This morning routine is super different from a normal day as an air force fire fighter. Usually there is a 6:30AM wake up call, we're ready to work by 6:45AM and depending on whats on the schedule, we train or work on the computer or CLEAN lol. So, like I mentioned in the video, we're in holiday down time and I get to chill out at work! But nevertheless, I hope y'all this enjoy this chill morning routine!

Thank you for always posting! It means alot 😭 I plan on joining hopefully if given the chance I'd like to do fire protection as it was originally going to be a firefighter. Was there anything you trained for specifically for the job? Or certain exercises that help for tech school? Either way thank you for everything happy new years! 😆

Thank you for watching🥹 I’d just say in general, work on a combination of cardio and weightlifting like HITT. But if you’re not as strong as you want to be, I’d focus on that first!

When do you get your gear issued and do you keep it after you leave fire protection?

Your gear is issued as soon as you get to your base! And no unfortunately we cannot keep the gear

Are they requiring AF firefighters to get EMT or does the GS civilian provide patient care?

All military FF are EMR certified and once their upgrade training is complete, they can be sent to get their EMT. But yes we do also have civilian who are EMT certified!
