I recently have had very bad sleep anxiety and get anxious when I know I am about to go to bed and don't know what to do. I lay in bed some night for 3-4 hours just crying unable to go to sleep, I have tried journaling and listening to music but it does not help! I am to scared to go see a thereapist so if you have ANY tips at all please let me know! I am only a freshman in high school and it already feels like so much! ❤
I would absolutely recommend a therapist ❣️ even just one session can equip you with tools to get through. I did that! You can even do virtual options. It’s not scary, I promise!
