Hey bestie ☺️ if you haven't already try getting your gut checked by a specialist(aka a stool test). It will literally tell you everything about what is going on with your gut health. I'm truly not trying to pry. it just sounds like your stomach did a 180, and that isn't normal if you didn't intentionally change your diet. Combo with the unintentional weight loss. Its sounds like you have stomach virus (especially if your craving sweets more) Also, please, this is just a suggestion. Please do you own research.
