Oh goodness, the little car activities you got for Delilah reminded me how excited I used to get for roadtrips when I was a child, because my mom would put together kits for each of us, like that-- mine included art supplies and sewing kits I could use to keep me busy on the long drives...gosh it's been a long time since I thought of those memories 💖 Also, I always called those bugs roly-pollies too, I don't even remember their proper name anymore.

Can tell your looking forward to this trip😆. Not your usual relaxed video...but still enjoyable. I used to think, my goodness, am I going to enjoy this trip or be tired even before I get going😄. Every time you do your laundry, I think about how I should really start using the clothesline we have. Do you have any tips for making the clothes soft when dried on the line? I don’t really do it because they’re always so stiff after!

Roly-polies in danish is "bænkebiddere" which literally translates to "bench biters". I like roly-poly a lot better, personally.

I think the technical term is wood louse, I grew up calling them roly-poly‘s too, although a slang for them which I love is “Chucky pig” could there be a cuter name. Hope you’re having a wonderful long weekend.

Hi Rhiannon, please could I ask how do you take care of your Geums? Mine have died within a week - lost all its petals :( I’ve planted them in quite a shaded spot and have been watering everyday, and I’m so sad they’ve died :(

My kid is a teen but at that age if I were going away I would be off routine and not sure of the availability of the laundry where staying. Even if they have washers are they free when I have time to use them? Also they don’t really do dryers there so anything washed will take time to dry. You don’t know how well you can control room temp. Will she be overheated or cold and maybe need a warmer or lighter pair.
