I use Hunterborn religiously, and it makes a really good way to role play a hunter, especially with Frostfall and Campfire

I just found your channel, and I really hope you continue doing these. You do a great job editing and getting right down to the details and showing the perfect amount of content from the mods covered, as I was actually a lot more convinced to grab some mods that I haven't felt the need to even touch before. You also sound kind of like a calm Mark Ruffalo, which is surprisingly fitting for the way you've edited these videos and a bit of a break from some of the more over the top mod showcasers on RU-vid. Definite sub.

Besides, we get new mods every single day, but not all of them are good, so if you want to make better videos you have to wait for good mods to pop up... else you will probably end up uploading every random mod you find 😔

Try all these mods together if you want a more realistic hunter or survival gameplay. They all work great together for any type of character. Gather Wilderness Resources - For Campfire to Harvest Wood From Trees and More Hunterborn Scrimshaw Expanded - A Hunterborn Addon By TravLaney Portable Craftable Safe Storage - For the Primitive Shelter & Campfire mod Primitive Shelter By Cynndal - A Campfire Add-On Necromancer's Camp Camper's Workbench Living Off The Land- A Hunting-Gathering Mod SSE Collect Dragon Bones And Scales - Lets you dig them up from the dragon mounds to use with Scrimshaw. Craft Everything Smeltdown Update - It lets you smelt or break down everything for their crafting supplies Make junk usefull - It lets you break down all junk for their crafting supplies Winter Is Coming Cloaks Call of The North I use all these mods and one other mod that lets me be a member and friends of all the forsworn. With all the mods you will never need to go into towns or cities, You will not need any armor mods because you can craft all fur, bone and new armors, You will not need any weapon mods because you can craft bows and all other new weapons from the bones and things you get and you can build and place large camps in caves or any place on the map.

So I assume you have been trying out survival mods. Any thoughts on how Sunhelm compares to Frostfall? Frostfall is my go to, but I am always open to improvements

@@jorenbosmans8065 I have only ever used frostfall with the campfire complete camping system mod. A lot of the survival mods I use on that list are add on's for Campfire. But I also use INeed Food, Water and Sleep and the INeed extended mod so I can harvest snow drifts to melt into water for my waterskin when i'm not near a freshwater source or for when I want to make my own sea salt for cooking.

Doing individual mods, seeing as the modding community never stops, would be a great idea. Or going over smaller animation combinations to help mod lists. Like, make true a wilderness in Skyrim, best movement animations, best texture combinations and so forth. Most of the old big modding channels have kind of faded off. But if you're willing to put in the effort even if you are a smaller channel you'll have my subscription for sure and many others. Especially as hype around elder scrolls 6 builds over the next few years. Modding isn't going to stop for Skyrim till it launches so take advantage of it and I promise it'll pay off if you continue to the next game release. You're editing is spectacular and your hard work will be noticed down the road. You have the skill set so use it. If you love the content then make it and we'll be here to watch.

Love the editing and general style; subbed! Btw what do you think of Frostfall vs Sunhelm? I'm in a unique situation of only having played a couple of hours of Skyrim years ago and now learning/going on a modding spree to make it look and feel amazing. Would appreciate your input

That is quite the unique situation, I wish I could play Skyrim with a fresh perspective like that. As someone who's used both Sunhelm and Frostfall for a considerable amount of time I would suggest Sunhelm. Frostfall is great in it's own respects, but it could be cumbersome at times and needs to be run alongside a needs mod like ineeds. Sunhelm is a lightweight all in one package that is both intuitive and easily configurable

it helps if you don't use the same transition over and over again, so close to each other You're better off with cuts Treat it like a novelty, or like adding spices to your dish--be generous, have it happen every now and then, but don't spam it or overdo it also the transition at around 2:03 was well placed to add more diversity The greatsword spinning animation thing was a bit distracting and unnecessary, remember less is more; simpler is often better. You could do well with simply putting the text on the sword as a decal and have your character slowly look at it

never heard of sunhelm. but i don't imagine it is as expansive as Ineed. in ineed you will create flasks, water barrels, etc and a very very complex Modmenu.

It comes down to preference. I used Ineed for years and you're right about it being more expansive, but Sunhelm is more streamlined and lightweight. Ineed has to be used alongside another survival mod such as frostfall, while Sunhelm has a cold system integrated into it.

what about faction economy? Last time I had it, it'd crash the game when i'd sell but I think it's super immersive that when you sell all your shit to anyone that stuff is going somewhere so you could be making bandits extremely strong by practicing your smithing (or everyone just has iron daggers but I like making armor and weapons)

The light armor is from the bosmer armor pack, the heavy armor is a combination of the storm fist armor and warmonger armory

@@hewhoisme4343 I think for Whiterun he's using Skyrim 2020 Parallax textures, with JK's interiors, and cathedral for weather and ENB. He made a video some time ago about turning skyrim into a more visually alluring game, maybe you can check that

I'm currently rebuilding my entire graphics setup from the ground up for a future graphics video series. I'll leave you with a few of the more major graphics mods that I'm using in this video. Rudy ENB for Obsidian weathers alongside ELFX interiors, LOSII, Skyrim 2020 Parallax, Noble Skyrim, SMIM, Water for ENB, Folkvangr, and Jedi Trees. For the rest you will just have to wait ;)
