PhlyDaily, you’ve gotten me through a lot of hard times in my life. Last summer my grandpa who lived with me and my family all my life, died of pancreatic cancer (which we only found out he had a week before he died). My mom was devastated because he was her last living family member since her mom and sisters had passed away. We ended up losing our house of 11 years shortly after his death, and things seemed like it kept going down hill. But through it all, I tried to find things to help me distract myself and make the days a little easier. I fell in love with military history and studying World war 1 and 2 since I was 6 years old and watching your channel, brings out the little kid in me. I love all the energy you bring to the channel and every episode being absolutely more exciting than the last. Thank you for who you are and you’re channel. I’d love to make you a scaled plastic model of a tank or an aircraft sometime !!!!

Just started playing the Yak-9B myself. It is arguably a better attacker than the IL-2 for ground RB, and I absolutely love it.

These type of videos I enjoy the most, when you showcase some looked over vehicle/plane and talk through how to play it and make it effective. This one I missed and I need to try it!

I actually dreamt last night they added the F-117 Nighthawk at 9.0 and it was a blast, invisible to radar if the bay doors are closed, reduced detection range and on night maps impossible to find without blind hunt. it worked really well as it was able to sneak in, bomb base and sneak out.

My brother had the "IS-2 Revenge" and he loved it, I took out the tech-tree one to a few battles when i got it (god knows how long ago now), but like yours truly i was so disappointed to its gun's "performance" that i never touched it again, and just skipped it; so I'd take a Tiger any day!

sometimes i have like half dream half daydream things about war thunder, the most recent one consisted of a ju-87 with a 20mm burrrrrrrt gun driven by the engine so it was always fully spun and ready to fire

I think the IS-2 is good where it's at. It has good mobility espacially reverse, and a gun that can just pen panthers and tigers upper front plates at ridiculous angles. It's armor isn't the best but it can do the job.

Yak-1 is also a great cas. After you dump both 100kg you’ll become a very deadly fighter. I literally stop the entire enemy team cas with it

I had a really weird war thunder dream. Or it was mainly just a tank dream. I was a commander in a Tiger 1 and the gunner got killed so I was having to shoot also. Then a Sherman came from the brush on the side and I jumped out of the tank as it was blowing up. I got taken PoW and stuff. I remember it all pretty vividly.

hey phly the yak 9k actually got an armored targets belt for its 45 mm cannon and is really nice for cas with 63mm of pen

you know the sound you make, like a little laugh from the back of your throught (spelling) the one you make when there is an obnoxious kid running around in the store on a sugar high and you manage to open the beer cooler door two seconds in front of it and it pancakes it face in the glass, yeah I made that sound and a chuckle when he caught the building.

I genuinely find it crazy that the Tiger and Panther are at 5.3, should definitely be at 5.7

The dream that I had was with the Tiger 2P, and it was similar to a situation that I had while using the Tiger H1 irl. I was in a desert map of some sort, most similar to Sands of Sinai, and I was at a point that was surrounded with rocky cover. This point and the cover were I. The middle of the desert, in the open, several kilometers away from any teammates or structures. I was fighting off waves upon waves of enemy M4 variants, M50’s T29’s and many of the other things that haunt my nightmares as a German main while simultaneously dodging bombs being dropped by some fighters I never got a good look at. It was so intense I both remembered the dream and remember feeling my hands try to physically move as I defended the point, or at least I remember the sensation.

I think panther D is 5.7 , I think the BR is okay because the IS-2 has a better sloped armour than the tiger H1

I think the 5.7 is well deserved, i also believe that any fighter or divebomber that can drop individual bombs is almost god tier purely because you can drop the exact amount of bombs needed per kill and not eny excess
