John's saying he doesn't remember how they got the title, but I'm dead certain it refers to the Fish License sketch in which Cleese asks Palin for a license for his pet fish called Eric. With a wink and a nod they changed "Eric" to "Wanda." If this is NOT the case, may God strike me dead with a boiled carrot!
