I wont pretend I knew Peter well but his loss has been a huge profound impact on both the UK ballooning community and the global competition ballooning organisation. He took his last flight on the 25th June 2023 and this is my first flight since his passing. Id like to dedicate this video to his memory as I felt as though he guided me to a safe landing place today.

Flying for almost 2hrs from hot inflation to landing, let's see how good Fruitcake really is. in this video you will see how long I flew Fruitcake for and how much gas she consumed. As stated in the beginning she was stood up for approximately 15-20 minutes before the timer began. I hope to get a more accurate reading on the next flight with her!
