Hi everyone! I'll be making a giveaway video in the next few weeks. There will be two different items in the giveaway, and therefore two chances to win. Stay tuned! 😉🎸
A lot of great budget guitar brands are becoming more popular, Firefly, Harley Benton, Glarry, Eart, Grote, etc These guitars are solid axes with some upgrades
An incredible deal on any FIREFLY guitar. I have the SG version. Awesome products. I really wish to try the HOLLOW body someday. I have never had a hollow body.
Hi Dave ! Hey that's so cool Firefly chose you to feature their V model ! Awesome video and playing. I have been looking at this same guitar and liking the features you mentioned here. I visit Guitars Garden often hoping to find the elusive 3 pickup Black Beauty Les Paul, but it's gone as soon as it gets posted!!!! Firefly has come a long way with quality control and it is amazing to me they can make a guitar like the V and get it to your door for a low price!!!! Keep on rockin' and Happy Easter, Bob
Hey Bob! Thanks! They really do have some interesting guitars, and even just over the last year they appear to have added quite a few models. The Black Beauty style would be cool for certain! Happy Easter to you too!!! Best Regards, Dave
Btw, are there any significant functional differences between the stop tailpiece and the string through design? I know you didn't want to get into it in the video, just curious.
The only bad things I've heard about Firefly is that their fan boards can be toxic. 60 Cycle Hum got kicked out one a few years back for something innocuous.
It varies, as I move between A Minor Blues, A Aeolian, and A Dorian. However, instead of focus on scales, I try to think of the chord I am playing on top of... for example, when the key shifts from A to D, I play the notes of D Dorian, which is same notes as A Aeolian.
@@jaymesmustaine684 well I have owned around 70 guitars in my life and played literally thousands. My criteria is based on quality components. Excellent feel and sound and excellent fit and finish. Right now I own a Gubson R9 , a K Line Springfield a Nash s63 and a Nash t63 and on the less expensive end a highly upgraded Hamer Monaco Korina single cut with 2 P90's. All of these instruments are top notch.
