I think speak War of Sucesión with the Kings opt to Spanish throne are a absolutly unknowns for Spain ; Phillip V is a grandson of Spanish Queen of France María Teresa by the way in part this bood is a Spanish the grandmother born in Spain the Hannover House ( actual Windsor) in U.K is a Germanic house
You might be right since a lot of the issues Spain had stemmed from the monarchs basically making tons of bad decisions but since they got booted out of Spain to the americas it means that Spain would be able to possibly go down a route like France did basically going through tons of governments but for the most part kinda stable?
So cool!! I think that the war of Spanish succession and the wars of Independence are pretty left behind by the RU-vid alternate history community. Good job, I'll wait for part 2!!
I just want to say, in our world the crown of Hungary was offered to Maximillian II Emmanuel, Wittelsbach elector of Bavaria and father of Charles VII Holy Roman emperor, in our world the only reason he refused the crown was due to the war of independence basically being lost, in this timeline tho, there is basically no reason for him not to take it, which means that, if this happened in this alternate reality too, Charles VII would be King of Bavaria, Bohemia, Hungary and Holy Roman Emperor, which basically means the Wittelsbachs just became the new Habsburgs, just that, in contrast to the Habsburgs, the Kingdom of Hungary and the Kingdom of Bavaria and Holy roman empire do operate as completely separate kingdoms with the same monarch kind of like a rlly early austria hungary with the hungarians being even more independent, so maybe if this is the case in this universe, the wittlesbachs could attempt to centralize its kingdoms and unite the crowns of hungary and bavaria In real life they were also designated as the governors of the spanish netherlands (they didnt own them, but they defacto administered them) so in this world they may have kept doing it at least for some years since both France and the Dutch pushed for them to either own the region or keep managing it since both thought it would give a lot of problems to administer directly, and Louis XIV was happy having an ally in control while keeping his neighbours appeased and the dutch and english were happy of the french not being in their border and not having to maintain the land themselves
If the bourbon won the Spanish war of succession AND the hasburgs completely collapsed, there wouldn't even be a "revolution" as they wouldn't be a century of decadence under Louis XV and humiliation to the British. Without the Austrian war of succession and the subsequent 7 years wars, there wouldn't be a Prussia so dominant. However, this is a cool scenario!
are the habsburgs in this series extinct or are they in exile in Russia or Britain Would the exile king of France and spain Sardinia and the two Sicily's from the Spanish or french branch of the capet bourbon dynasty which king would be in exile and ruled these States before the revolution of Spain and Frans
Would Louis 16 in this timeline if he is not the King go wit his two Younger brothers and his wife and children flee to the french italian territory if the Spanish line are also king's of Frans in this timeline 😊
