Yes Im with you on that, I definitely struggle with prolonged down hills. Having a stick of some sorts helps. I’ve not done snowdon yet, it’s on the list. Did you enjoy it ?
@@graemeslosttheplot yes but about 100 meters from the summit there is a thin bit of path with a steep drop very close to you, that you can't avoid, so you have to have the courage to get past that bit after 4 hours of walking uphill, especially scary when the wind is blowing a gale!
