I am one of the nurses that works with Dr. Webb. I enjoy working with him! He communicates with his team! He always checks in at the beginning of the day to see if we have questions or concerns. This makes days smoother if the team can anticipate his needs. The less I run for supplies during cases the more I am present in the room. I can text him my questions and concerns, and I can keep him posted on what's going on regarding operating room times, patient issues, etc. An approachable surgeon is always appreciated as a nurse. I am honored to be a part of this team and hospital.

As a nightshift nurse, I appreciate how respectful you are to those who need to call you...I wish all docs who are ON CALL would be more thankful for us who love to work nights, instead of treating us like we're a bother when they're admitting chronic pain patients that THEY performed surgery on. Hahaha sorry for the long comment...but I just appreciate your expertise, Dr. Webb.

@@antoniowebbmd BIBLE calls us all to be real, sober minded souls, who live holy lives on earth. BIBLE calls nor expect nobody to be: - religious of any kind - monk - nun Bible calls us to give out RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT, no to keep our mouth shut and support everything with blind eyes and deaf ears. See no evil, speak no evil and hear no evil - that old saying, it belongs to masons, am I right again? The vow of silence of theirs. Dr. Webb, what you guys do, nurses, doctors, entire medical staff is amazing. I had a laminectomy and discectomy L4L5 back in January 2023 due to herniated disc. So far it's been a mixed bag as some days are better than others but working closely with my surgeon to hopefully gain good long term results. Just wanted to send out a kudos to you and all the folks that sacrifice so much in your personal lives to care for us. Be well. 😊

Seeing and hearing about a doctor that takes the time to communicate with his team is amazing! I have worked with some doctors that didnt do this and it made it much harder on the team to work as efficiently as possible. I am a Dietitian and practicing APC that works in a few high acuity settings one being a pediatric center and I primarily have Tube Feed and TPN patients so having a doctor that is attentive and available is amazing for me and our team to get the best care to our patients! Big kudos to you doc!

I’m astounded by the technology used during the operations. Doctors and surgeons need to learn so much more these days, I imagine. Not only basic surgery, but also how to use the technology. This surgeon was so calm and laid back. I’m sure this is good for his patients and staff. Thanks for posting. Fascinating stuff!

I’m a post grad medical intern from the Philippines and an aspirant cardio thoracic surgeon in the next 8 to 9 years.Dr. Webb, your RU-vid contents are very reflective of the true life of medical doctors especially those of surgeons including you.I do have a huge respect to a doctor like you who make huge sacrifices to bring the best service and medical interventions possible for their patients.I would say that you are very passionate on the work you do as a spine surgeon and you deserve all the gratifications you get from your patients from the best care you give to them and of course for the so much hardwork you gave to your medical studies/training for you to become one of the best spine surgeons.I see it in your videos that you do have a huge appreciation of everyone in the health care team including the nurse practitioners who work hand in hand with you..I would say that your guiding principle when it comes to your profession of being a doctor is “sacrifice for patient and self gratification from the best feeling in your helping patients”.I’m anticipating for more inspirational videos to come in the next months or weeks in this RU-vid channel of yours..
