(Part One) In today's video it's travel day back to Seattle for our next Alaskan cruise but this time it's going to be bigger & better! I show you our first class experience on Delta which was so lovely. I also show you our accommodations for the night next to pier 66 cruise terminal which is the Sound Hotel Seattle by Hilton. The next morning I take you with us before we embark on the cruise ship to grab some delicious breakfast bagels and coffee as we explore a little of the Downtown area. Lululemon stands by their products though. I had a pair of pants that I snagged on a table at work; I went to get another pair and they repaired my torn pair for free, and said they would replace them if the repair didn’t look good. You could barely tell, and I didn’t want to be wasteful so I gladly accepted my mended pants and bought a hat on the way out. I love lululemon.

We just got back from Alaska today. Cruised on Carnival Luminosa. We had WONDERFUL weather for the majority of our trip. I would have loved having you on our cruise ❤ We live 2 hours north of Seattle on Whidbey Island. You'll sail right by our island on your way out. Hope you guys have a great trip 🎉

If you want a unique breakfast place in the downtown area near pikes place market go to biscuit bitch. Really good food(a lot of it). Order online and pick it up. I’m an airline pilot and it’s a popular spot down there when we’re in Seattle.

Rubenstein’s Bagels are yummy. Get them Doordashed every once in awhile. Glad you like Seattle! If you get a nice day in the return, find the West Seattle Water Taxi and enjoy a short ride to Alki. Eat at Salty’s or Marination, and walk down the beach enjoying the amazing views back to Seattle. There’s a free bus that you can take to/from the Water Taxi as well. Have a great cruise!

Hopefully you have Sitka as a stop.. and if so Fortress of the Bears is a must! its very cheap and there are plenty of options on getting there.. you could even do the raptor sanctuary.

Sound Hotel! Stayed there a couple years ago and remembered the matress being so comfortable that we asked the front desk what brand/model it is. They didn't know. Lol 🤷‍♂️

So, you two were a week ahead of us. We sailed out of pier 91 on the 12th. We did see a ship in port at 66 on Saturday from the big wheel. Everything was sunny in Seattle and we missed most of the rain at every port.

Oh my lanta! I was just in Seattle! It would have been amazing to bump into you guys! Pike place was a little overwhelming because it was so busy lol so good call on skipping it! We did the Vancouver Astoria Seattle cruise it was beautiful and relaxing ( aside from the rough water going from Astoria to Seattle) I’m from just outside of Vancouver and it would have been so neat to see familiar faces! Didn't you guys go to Alaska last year in May? I have been a couple times to Alaska and just for reference to everyone else watching that May is actually not an ideal time to head to Alaska unless you like wet and cold. I am sure when they video the cruise you will see like last year some rain and colder weather. Later in June through August would be ideal times for Alaskan cruise. My wife and I have been both times in July and it was great weather from the 50s to low 60s with less rain possibilities then going in May and even early June or so. I am interested to hear back from them.

If they are going out of Pier 66 it looks like Norwegian. That one is hit and miss from the people I know who have taken that cruise line for Alaskan cruises in the past. I am interested to hear the feedback from Dev and Bianca. Holland America out of Pier 91 has been awesome to my wife and I for our Alaskan cruises since 2012.
