Not a big fighting game guy, but wouldn't that be optimal as a grappler? Playing safely until you get an opportunity to grab and combo someone? Why would that be rare?
@@snkybrki why wait for that sweet sweet dopamine rush when you charge in like a lion? Real answer is that Potemkin is a super slow grappler boi in a game with fast movement and big projectiles. Its hard for him to play patient in certain match ups.
@@snkybrki yes, that is the optimal gameplan for the general grappler archetype - they're slow and big so they get blown up a lot, especially in games with more aggressive options, making them less optimal options in most competitive scenes but most grappler players are so tempted by the big grab dopamine that they make reckless plays just to get in that big grab
