honestly i agree with this video... they have an image to uphold as the biggest kpop gg in the world. Even rookie gg's can outperform blackpink and they are 6+ years into the industry..i was genuinely disappointed. They need so much more practice and i don't even know what they were doing for the past 2 years.. they are supposed to be singers/performers. That is their main job and not modelling so obviously their main priority should have been improving themselves as artists and it seems like they didn't do that smh

They are overworked honestly, the fact that they don't release music a lot doesn't mean that they are not working, they are going on solo projects, overseas and in Korea, it's not fair to say that they are not overworked. And I really loved the concert, if we want a perfect thing let's just watch The Show, they are human, they can fuck up sometimes, and it's okay.

I understand why the expectations are so high, bc they ARE the biggest group right now. But they are human and it’s been a while since their last concert. It seemed rushed as well.. but their stage presence was still amazing like always!!!

Did you forget something? They perform all the time 2.30 hours.and 8 minute VDO for complaining about stupid things.just you sing karaoke 5-6 songs in a row, you might catch your breath. But they had to stay up there for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

And also I don't know why are you comparing a 4 MEMBER Group to a HUGE GROUP who can fill each other up. 2NE1 also have this problem specially bom and sandara yeah they laso have best stage presence but you can see many time they are also slacking in Live singing and bom is from dancing and she easily getting tired too this is already common from small groups. yeah they don't have HARD HITTING choreo. and also Bts is not that fully singing live either I watch the busan also. tehy also lipsycing and their voice being autotune. the only rap parts are live live.

Tbh their individual performances are much much better then their group. They lack synchronization

They ARE the biggest girl group in the world. Biggest meaning most popular. They have a huge fan base, and probably have the most amount of what I call "silent fans" who just like their music and don't really care about anything else (aka westerners, many of which aren't into being loyal Kpop stans). Because they're so big in the music world, and because they haven't had a comeback in 2 years, the hype around them is huge. But the problem is, it's completely impossible to meet EVERYONE'S expectations - because people have different tastes and opinions. The more fans, the more diverse the opinions and higher the expectations. So some people think Shut Down and PV were a miss and some people genuinely think it's a topper. It's unfair to the girls that everyone has these crazy high expectations because at the end of the day, they can only do so much. They can never please everyone, and that's the worst thing. And you could argue that it's not that way for BTS, but BTS army has already established that they are very protective of BTS. They have a bad reputation to cream anyone who thinks negatively about BTS, like they're legit famous globally for that, which is probably why you'd visibly see less critique against BTS. While for Blackpink it's heavily normalized to criticize them, nitpick them, compare them to other groups, and plainly attack the girls themselves. BTS and Blackpink are both hella good groups, but at the end of the day it comes down to preference. I think all of Blackpink songs are so. freaking. catchy. (I seriously never planned on ever being fans of them but the music is really catchy, and the lyrics are all empowering and about love, there's nothing wrong with that). And I do like Fire, DNA, Save me, blood sweat and tears, and their English releases, maybe more I don't remember, but a lot of the songs I don't like - their strongest aspect is their dance and choreography - but no matter what it doesn't change the fact that BTS is still very good at what they do.
