+MarcusTDM - no, you're just wrong. It's an acoustic guitar. Absolutely. Period. I think it may even be a Martin, probably the most famous acoustic guitar maker in the world. It's a steel string acoustic, like is used in Country, Bluegrass, Acoustic Rock etc. Yes, it is different than a classical nylon string guitar, but it is still an acoustic guitar. Sound absolutely is generated by the body - there are both acoustic (microphonic) and electric (magnetic) pickups installed. The majority of the tune was using just the acoustic pickup, only the distorted part used the magnetic pickup.
