I've seen those remains several times at the beach in Carbis Bay Love walking around the headland at low tide, and you can see them clearly - assumed they were from wrecks but delighted to learn more a out where they came from Had heard of the Cintra and read the plaque there before on Smeaton's Pier Very poignant to have the anchor there too Beautifully done

Wow. Thanks for posting that. My great grandfather was lost from the Hampshire. He was only 42. Amazing to see the site.

Very good video. Is there a way to tell which is the 'Bessie' and which is the 'Vulture'? Thank you.

As there is so little of either ship showing, no. The painting suggests that Bessie was in the middle, Vulture near to Porthkidney Sands. However I have also read that Vulture was the middle one. Unless someone does some excavating and has the knowledge to differentiate the ships we will never know for sure.
