So this was my favorite makeup tutorial ever -- my fav RU-vidr, with my fav makeup brush brand, fav makeup brand and most wonderful makeup artist. I was in heaven for 35:15! Picked up so many wonderful tips/tricks from this. I will also add that for anyone that still struggles with using cream/liquid products in conjunction with the JI powder bases, I've started using the underpainting technique. I use my 3 JI concealer shades before I put on my pure pressed base, and it looks absolutely beautiful! Then I top off with a bit of bronzer, powder blush and powder highlight. Using the darker concealer for adding contour/bronzing also gives me the added benefit of further concealing hyperpigmentation I have in my upper cheek area without disturbing my foundation. I'm 61 YO, have combination, but easily congested skin, and I can't say enough wonderful things about JI makeup. Thank you!

Enjoyed this video! It is alway interesting to see what a light hand the pro's have and the beautiful skin like quality it imparts. Like you've always said Lisa, work in light layers. I definitely see that less is always more. I've been using Jane Iredale's products for over 20 years. Along with your revolutionary BK brushes, I'd say it's a match made in makeup heaven!

I watched this video a few times, full and partial video. I only heard about Jane Iredale recently when I received a sample from Ulta. Would you please consider making a video with your top eye shadow pallets. You often have makeup brands that other makeup artists aren’t highlighting, so I’d love to hear what you recommend. My question for you is why did Sean put the shade Satin on you in the loose powder but in your other videos you say your shade with the pure pressed is Golden Glow, why the 2 different shades?
