I know these programs are old but that poor lady is never going to be able to afford such a big house. She would probably have been more than happy to have a much smaller house, but new, without all of the problems.

Giving families huge homes to families of limited incomes sounds like a dream but in the end they'll struggle to pay big mortgages. Please abc think before building expensive homes, they don't need 3/4 bathrooms, a home at a reasonable size not over the top, which won't eat up people's minimum wage. People who live with literally nothing would be ecstatic with a normal nice home.

I hope when they redo this program they will be humble in the making so that people can afford their new homes and design in a way that kids will keep using their room for years, sometimes the theme is just too much and cumbersome.
