Update: If you have Furina, you can get creative and use this weapon on Wanderer, DPS Mona, Yanfei & Ningguang(all doing charged attack spam). And you can somewhat use it on Wriothesley as well.
if you lose 5050 you get homa! and then you lost your 75-25 to skyward spine. at close to 70 pity at that.. now i have 4 skyward spine, i guess i just suck at being lucky..
I think wriothesley & Charlotte is the most possible, they will use this passive very well because it seems Charlotte and wriothesley has the same mechanic, for loosing Hp when using their skills and also they are catalyst
Yes but also no. Both of them are attack scaling units. Wriosthesley is a NA user and barely ever uses charged attacks. Yes he'll get activate the passive and regen energy, his burst has pretty low energy cost, you can basically build him with 10% ER and you can burst every rotation. Also the weapon has a very low base attack for attack scaling on field dps units. As for charlotte, she is an attack scaling teamwide healer. She doesnt need a 5 star dps oriented catalyst
The only reason I am considering is because of how hard it is to build neuv with sacrificial jade with all the crit rate from wep and set. Would R5 jade be more worth?
Like you said, it’s hard to maintain the ratio with Sacrificial Jade. But, if you can manage that then R5 Jade will be better for increasing Neuvillette’s overall damage. However, in terms of charged attack damage his signature weapon will do more damage but the difference will not be huge. Also, Neuvillette can’t stay on field for more than 10s with Sacrificial Jade while there is no such restriction with his signature weapon. If you can tackle all of these restrictions then go for R5 Jade. Otherwise, go for his signature weapon.
@@crownedking_cj8890 with jade or lost prayer you automatically hit the threshhold of 70 crit rate at 3 stacks meaning that you need 5 crit rate of substats and literally the rest crit dmg and hp for him to be as viable as possible with his non bis
That’s really sad… The passive is very specific to Neuvillette It might work with Wriothesley if he also has the HP increase/decrease mechanic as most of the Fontaine characters released so far has it. But even without the passive, this weapon can be used on other catalysts because of the massive crit damage substat.
That’s sad 😕. However, this weapon is not bad for any catalyst, but its passive is very specific to Neuvillette. The hp% is good for c4 Yanfei but the rest of this weapon’s passive won’t work with her. Still, since this weapon has such a high crit damage substat, you can use it on Yanfei regardless of its passive 👍.
@@critdudeHer shield breaks very easily in Abyss, And unit like bennett with her may actually provide atleast 2 stacks so I wouldn't completely disregard it.
If you already got good crit ratio with r3 lost prayer then it would not be a huge upgrade for Neuvillette. And for other catalyst users, r3 lost prayer would be a better choice. The problem with lost prayer for Neuvillette is that you get crit stats from his best in slot artifacts and from lost prayer as well. So you will be having a lot of crit rate but not that much of crit damage, in that case his signature weapon shines more. So you can decide keeping these things in mind.
Well the passive will not work with Klee, but the crit damage substat is quite high in this weapon so that’ll be good for her, like any other catalyst user. Now, if you have r5 widsth or any other good 5 star weapon then you can skip it, otherwise you can get this weapon 👍.
Wriothesley can also use this weapon, apart from Neuvillette. Also, if the leaks about Furina is true then you would be able to use this weapon on every catalyst if you get Furina. Keeping all of this aside, you can use this weapon on all catalyst user just because of its high crit damage passive.
This weapon’s passive is very specific to Neuvillette. The hp% is good for c4 Yanfei but the rest of this weapon’s passive won’t work with her. Still, since this weapon has such a high crit damage substat, you can use it on Yanfei regardless of its passive.
Had 6 singles and I was like "fuck it, i barely play this" Pulled both the book and Homa, also a collei lol. So here I am, trying to know if the book is good.
But yes if the leaks are true then this weapon will be good on almost all catalyst user, because nearly all catalyst user does a lot of damage with their charged attacks, including Scara.
Yes it can work with him, as while using his e-skill he loses HP and after performing charged attack he heals himself. So for spamming his charged attack, this weapon will be good on him.
The weapons you got are not bad, but that’s quite a bad luck 🙂, not getting homa for twice in a row😕, I guess that’s why people tend to stay away from weapon banner🙃.
The passive of Eternal Flow doesn’t work with Wanderer,so it’s all about crit stats between these weapons. Since Wanderer gains crit rate from ascension, I’d say that Eternal Flow will be a better choice, as it will be easier to maintain the crit stats because of its high crit damage substat.
I see… :( The passive related to charged attack damage only works with Neuvillette as of now, but you can still use it on Ningguang just because of its high crit damage substat.
Well the passive of this weapon will not work with him, but the crit damage substat is quite high in this weapon so that’ll be good for him, like any other catalyst user, for increasing the overall damage. However, if you have r5 widsth or any other good 5 star weapon then it’s not worth the upgrade, but, otherwise you can get this weapon 👍.
@@blazaa6671 I see, well if you are not bothered by the randomness of the widsth passive, and the fact that its passive only lasts for 10s. Then, I would advise to stick with Widsth but for dealing consistently good damage this weapon will be better👍. Also, if you can make good crit stats with the lost prayer then this weapon wouldn’t be much of an upgrade. It will depend on your crit stats, if you need more crit rate then go with lost prayer otherwise go with this weapon.
@@critdude I uses charged attack more on wanderer and in this tome of the eternal have 40% increase in charged attack right and 88% crt dmg I guess thats better than lost prayers and widsth
@@blazaa6671 Well, you’ll only get the charged attack damage increase when wanderer health increases or decreases, like when he gets hit by enemies or when he gets healed. Otherwise, that passive won’t work🙂.
Kokomi needs a lot of crit rate to be able to crit, but this weapon has crit damage as a substat instead of crit rate. So, if you somehow manage to get enough crit rate on her from artifacts and with other characters help, then you can use this weapon on her because of crit damage substat and HP% passive, but keep in mind that the charged attack passive of this weapon won’t work with her either. But, if you can’t get enough crit rate on her then this weapon’s crit damage passive would be of no use.
If you’re thinking about getting this weapon for Baizhu, then I am assuming that you are going for DPS Baizhu build. For that the crit damage substat is good for him, the hp% is good for his shield and healing but will not increase his damage, the rest of the passive won’t work with him either unless you deliberately take damage and heal him. So you can get this weapon for him mainly for the crit damage substat, and maybe for hp% for shield+heals, but not for the rest of the passive.
Somehow i got tighnari, neuvillette and neuvis weapon with just 109 pulls as a f2p, even tho the weapons passive is very specific i think its crit dmg can make up the amount of the passive being useless on certain catalysts but that is just my opinion,
Yes, you could say that. That’s why I said it’s not a bad weapon to get if you lose 50/50. But, it’s not worth a pull just for its crit damage considering how bad weapon banner is.
I meant in terms of damage, Barbara’s damage doesn’t scale of her max HP, more HP means more heals for her. And if you are looking to pull this weapon for her then you must be seeking damage not heals. Yes, having more HP would not hurt, but is it worth the pull, probably not. But yes ultimately it depends on the player, what they want.
@@critdude Of course if Barbara is not at 4 piece wander troop , the book only help her with the max HP passive If she doesn't have this set, better givin the book to someone else
Don’t know whether I should be happy or sad for you, getting a 5 star in the first 10 pull is extremely lucky, but you didn’t get what you wanted, which is sad.
For sub-dps build, The Widsth is the best weapon for her after her signature weapon. So, if you have Widsth especially at higher refinements, I would not recommend this weapon for sub-dps build. But, if you wanna use her as DPS, then you can get this weapon just because of the 88.2% crit damage substat as the passive won’t work with Miko either.
@@Kenny__04 If you’re saving for some future character like me, then leave it. But, if you’re not then you can try pulling Neuvillette first, if you like his kit. As even if you don’t get him it will build pity for the next banner. Since you already got a featured weapon, chances are that you may not get any of the featured weapon next time. Now, if you don’t like Neuvillette playstyle then you can try your luck on this banner👍.
Using a high crit damage weapon on a Tankfei build doesn’t seem right, it would be much better to use an hp weapon, most likely TTDS from value of point of view.
